Returns & Cancellations Policy (Trade Only)
Trade-only basis
All sales made through ETF Wholesale are conducted strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
By registering for an account and placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.
Consumer cancellation and return rights do not apply.
Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
This applies to all products, including but not limited to:
- Live animals (including fish and invertebrates)
- Plants (live or dead)
- Frozen products
- Dry goods and equipment
- Discounted items
- Pre-order or special-order items
Due to biosecurity requirements, animal welfare considerations, and the nature of wholesale supply, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
Unauthorised returns
- Do not return any items to us.
- Any items returned without our prior written agreement will be refused or destroyed.
- No refund, credit, or replacement will be issued for unauthorised returns.
Cancellations
No customer cancellations
Customers are not permitted to cancel orders once an order has been placed, without exception.
This applies to all orders and all products, including live animals, plants, frozen goods, discounted items, and special-order items.
Many products supplied by ETF Wholesale are ordered or allocated specifically for individual trade customers and are not held as general stock.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) circumstances where:
- Ordered stock becomes unavailable
- A supplier withdraws or limits availability
- Transport or delivery becomes unavailable or impossible
- Regulatory, biosecurity, animal welfare, or legal restrictions apply
Where an order is cancelled by us, any amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded or credited.
No further liability shall arise.
Acceptance of this policy
Use of this website, account registration, and order placement constitutes full acceptance of this Returns & Cancellations Policy.
