  • That you are suitably experienced and informed regarding the care, handling, and welfare of the species ordered

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally permitted and suitably equipped to receive, house, and care for live animals.

6. Pricing & payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT, depending on your account status and applicable tax rules.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store or process card details on our own servers.

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
